12 months plus $800 including all utilities as above.
Cleaning and linen service available upon request.
Departure clean – There is a compulsory charge of $150 per booking for the departure clean.
Linen – Linen packs are available for hire $100. Packs include bed linen (sheets & pillow cases), bath towels, hand towels & tea towels. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own. Linen provided in the house includes mattress and pillow protectors, duvet inners and blankets but please supply your own sheet sets and towels or use our hire service at $100 per stay.
Power – If the power bill during your stay exceeds $100 per week you will be invoiced for additional costs.
Bond – We charge a property bond of 2 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.
